The towers sit in the Opera District, on the south-west side of Downtown Dubai — the closest of the Downtown landmarks is Dubai Opera.

Can I stay for a month or longer?

Yes. For open dates you can book a stay of a month or more online — the search shows the total for your dates. For longer leases, send a monthly rental enquiry and we’ll reply with the apartments that are actually available.

Is this the official Act One / Act Two website?

No. Act One / Act Two was developed by Emaar. We are an independent operator of furnished apartments in the two towers and are not affiliated with Emaar or Dubai Opera.
